Pismo project: Master's student Alex Marquardt gave a talk on Pismo clam population trends at the Western Society of Naturalists. Undergraduate Sara Park gave a poster presentation on Pismo clam reproductive cycles.

Parrotfish corallivory: Master's student Hannah Rempel presented a poster on the effects of parrotfish predation on Orbicella annularis corals. Undergraduate Peter Vanderbloomer presented on parrotfish grazing scar distributions on O. annularis corals.
